Bring out the freaks.

I am extremely excited for fall's terrifying TV line up. With American Horror Story: Freak Show and The Walking Dead returning my anticipation has turned into...madness. The writers and actors who create these shows save our eyeballs from a lifetime of boredom and predictable endings. Let's break it down.
American Horror Story: Freak Show

We've been terrified of basements, developed a legitimate fear of getting trapped in an insane asylum, and now we steer clear of women who dress in all black. Thanks to Ryan Murphy and his team of wicked writers we are horrified by American Horror Story. Some might say the violence and gore are unnecessary. I think it takes TV to another level of greatness and immersion. When you strip away the social media and the articles (like this one) it's a piece of art. I can't wait for the freaks to arrive.

The Walking Dead

Oh, how rude was this awakening? It's safe to say that fans of this show weren't expecting a happy ending, but we were a tad hopeful for the farce that is "Terminus". As we watched each character struggle to find a safe space, Terminus appeared to be a silver lining. We rooted for the characters to find this mysterious place that could potentially save them all. Well, at least for a little while. It became clear that this silver lining was bloody and deceitful. After some light research on the upcoming episodes, it seems like the show is heading for Dr.Lecter's territory. Just someone, please protect Judith, I can't keep worrying about this baby.

Speaking of Hannibal the Cannibal tune back to "The Dirty Dish" in a few days to hear about my favorite Halloween movies. I just watched "Silence of the Lambs" and was reminded of why Fava beans gross me out.
